- Stage 1
Interview with Director of Talent Global
In this first conversation, you’ll meet directly with our Director of Talent, who leads global recruiting and resourcing at Newfire. This step reflects how seriously we take our hiring process — every candidate meets with the person responsible for shaping our overall talent strategy. It’s an opportunity to share your experience, aspirations, and what drives you, while learning about our culture, vision, and the impact you could make here.

Interview with HR Director
In this step, you’ll meet with our HR Director for EMEA & APAC regions, who leads people strategy and organizational growth across diverse markets. This conversation focuses on your fit within our regional culture and operations, exploring how you collaborate, lead, and adapt in a global environment. It’s also a chance to understand how Newfire supports its people across different regions while maintaining one connected culture.

Interview with CoS
In this stage, you’ll meet with our Chief of Staff, who plays a key role in shaping our strategy and ensuring alignment across the organization. This conversation goes deeper into role framing and mutual fit, the specifics of the role, team dynamics, and expectations. It’s a chance to explore how your skills and approach fit into our broader mission — and for you to get a clear sense of how we operate, collaborate, and drive impact at Newfire.

Walkthrough & Strategy Discussion with CoS and HR Director
In this stage, you’ll meet again with our Chief of Staff and our HR Director for a deeper, strategic, scenario-based, and decision-making conversation. This is where we explore your approach to problem-solving and execution — walking through real scenarios to understand how you think, plan, and deliver results. It’s an opportunity to connect on strategic alignment, leadership mindset, and how you’d drive impact in this role and beyond.

Interview with Head of Advisory
In this step, you’ll meet our Head of Advisory & CTO, a senior leader who works closely with executives on complex, high-impact decisions. This stage reflects the strategic weight of this role.
The discussion centers on how you think, lead, and tackle people challenges in fast-moving environments, while giving you a clear sense of how we advise organizations through growth and transformation.

Interview with Care Lumen GM
In this conversation, you’ll meet the General Manager of Care Lumen, one of Newfire’s most critical client partners. This stage highlights the VP of People's role in shaping the success of this collaboration.
The discussion focuses on how you build strong executive partnerships, support high-scale delivery teams, and anticipate the needs of a major, fast-evolving client. It’s also a chance to understand how we work with Care Lumen and how your leadership approach would strengthen that relationship.

Interview with the CEO
In this final stage, you’ll meet with Newfire CEO. This conversation provides a broader perspective on our company’s vision, priorities, and culture. It’s a chance to discuss how your expertise and leadership approach align with where we’re headed as an organization. This step reflects our commitment to ensuring that every key hire connects not only with the role but also with Newfire’s long-term direction and values.
