Stage 1

Director of Talent Interview

In this first conversation, you’ll meet directly with our Director of Talent, who leads global recruiting and resourcing at Newfire. This step reflects how seriously we take our hiring process — every candidate meets with the person responsible for shaping our overall talent strategy. It’s an opportunity to share your experience, aspirations, and what drives you, while learning about our culture, vision, and the impact you could make here.
Stage 2

Interview with CoS

In this stage, you’ll meet with our Chief of Staff, who plays a key role in shaping our strategy and ensuring alignment across the organization. This conversation goes deeper into the specifics of the role, team dynamics, and expectations. It’s a chance to explore how your skills and approach fit into our broader mission — and for you to get a clear sense of how we operate, collaborate, and drive impact at Newfire.
Stage 3

Interview with HR Director in US

In this stage, you’ll meet with our HR Director based in the United States, who oversees our global people strategy and employee experience. This discussion focuses on culture, values, and long-term alignment — how you might grow and thrive within Newfire. It’s also an opportunity to talk openly about expectations, leadership style, and what makes our teams successful across regions.
Stage 4

Interview with HR Director in EMEA & APAC

In this step, you’ll meet with our HR Director for the EMEA/APAC region, who leads people strategy and organizational growth across diverse markets. This conversation focuses on your fit within our regional culture and operations, exploring how you collaborate, lead, and adapt in a global environment. It’s also a chance to understand how Newfire supports its people across different regions while maintaining one connected culture.
Stage 5

Executive Interview

In this stage, you’ll meet with one of Newfire’s senior executives. This conversation provides a broader perspective on our company’s vision, priorities, and culture. It’s a chance to discuss how your expertise and leadership approach align with where we’re headed as an organization. This step reflects our commitment to ensuring that every key hire connects not just with the role, but with Newfire’s long-term direction and values.
Stage 6

Walkthrough & Strategy Discussion with Chief of Staff

In this stage, you’ll meet again with our Chief of Staff for a deeper, strategic conversation. This is where we explore your approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and execution — walking through real scenarios to understand how you think, plan, and deliver results. It’s an opportunity to connect on strategic alignment, leadership mindset, and how you’d drive impact in this role and beyond.
Stage 7

Executive II Interview

In this final stage, you’ll meet with another of Newfire’s senior executives. This conversation provides a broader perspective on our company’s vision, priorities, and culture. It’s a chance to discuss how your expertise and leadership approach align with where we’re headed as an organization. This step reflects our commitment to ensuring that every key hire connects not just with the role, but with Newfire’s long-term direction and values.
Stage 8

Offer

Once we’ve reached this stage, we’re confident there’s a strong mutual fit. We’ll extend a formal offer and walk you through all the details — compensation, benefits, and next steps.
